In this session we will explore the psychology of change resistance and adaptability for different personality styles using the Enneagram as our reference point. We will look at phases in adapting to change and how to support people to become more change-agile and resilient. The session brings together the Enneagram, Complexity and Cognitive Science. It will be of interest to tech leaders and anyone else whose role includes change advocacy, management, leadership and facilitation (Is there a role that doesn’t?).
